How to request a refund

Email us at paul@centsmart.ie from the address you used at checkout. Refunds are issued back to your original payment method via Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the "Manage subscription" link on the Upgrade page. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of your current billing period.

EU/Irish consumer rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer in the EU or Ireland, including any 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services where it applies. By starting to use a paid feature you agree that the digital service may be supplied immediately, and you acknowledge that this can affect the right of withdrawal once supply has begun.
